Project overview

The project consisted of a complete re-fit of the showroom, consultation offices, reception, display areas and welfare facilities. It was essential that the M&E services were designed in accordance with the Client’s design guidance and specifications. Hill Construct geared the program around mitigating all risks and dangers from the public, whilst balancing the targets of the client. Front to Back, the project was accident free and delivered precisely for the showrooms opening party.

Hill Construct acted as the principal contractor for the development and undertook full construction of the scheme, providing a tight yet effective program to achieve the client’s brief. The project evolved as many design and build schedules do and we are truly pleased with the outcome.
