House conversion

Hill Construct was engaged to project manage the conversion of a 4 bedroom property to create six self-contained apartments within this Building in the center of Coventry. Works of conversion were undertaken within the premises whilst the extension at the rear of the property was still in occupation.

The project required both Planning permission and Building regulation, alongside a structural engineer and an architect.
